You will be picked up at 8:00am from Masailand Safari Lodge or Arusha town and driven toArusha National Park The drive from Masailand Safari Tours or Arusha town will take approximately 45mins to 1 hour. You will enjoya game drive at Arusha National park. Arusha National Park has an incredible varietyof Fauna and Flora, which cannot fail to impress. Hollywood also chose this region to film the movie “Hatari” in which Hardy Kruger starredalongside the legendaryJohn Wayne. During the game drive you will visit Ngurdoto Crater which is part of the Arusha National Park and isthe caldera of an extinct volcano, that issometimes called "little Ngorongoro" because, just like Ngorongoro, has become, over time, a sort of "reserve in the reserve". Buffaloes, Waterbuck, Giraffes, Warthogs, Zebras and Baboons can be seen all year round as well as manydifferent Bird species. At the Momella Gate, an armed ranger will be waiting to accompany you on your Safari walk that will give you a chance to experience the wildlife up-close. Only a few other national parks in Tanzania give you such an experience and it’ssomething that should not be missed. Lunch will be taken at an allocated location during your game drive after lunch you will proceed with late afternoon game drive Later in the Evening you will exit the park and be driven back to Masailand Safari Lodge or Arusha town
